Medical Device Quality Manager

Life Science Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Medical Device Quality Manager to join their dynamic team.
This role will be responsible for leading quality personnel, supervising quality technicians, and managing quality aspects of internal manufacturing and sub-contract manufacturing partners.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in quality management within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality technicians and quality engineers to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage quality aspects of internal manufacturing and sub-contract manufacturing partners
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering)
- At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs within the medical device industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
