Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Adult Disability Services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience, with at least one year in adult disability services.

About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' needs, strengths, and goals. You will develop and implement personalised intervention plans to enhance independence, daily living skills, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs
• Develop tailored intervention plans to promote independence
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality service delivery
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior therapists
