  • Manage and oversee the implementation of mechanical and electrical services on high-density residential projects.
  • Ensure effective coordination of M&E systems installation from initial design to final commissioning and handover.
  • Support site construction teams in coordinating M&E installations and oversight of sub-contractors to achieve programme and quality expectations.
  • Promote innovation by implementing best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products, enhancing energy efficiency and performance.
  • Coordinate Temporary Electric/Water systems management.

Requirements:

">
  • Third-level education in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services engineering.
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in a similar management role, preferably in residential building services design and construction.
  • Interest in emerging trends and energy management strategies for residential buildings.
  • Relevant trade background an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and commit to project delivery.
