Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit MEP.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain BIM content standards and development procedures
• Create BIM MEP models for Mechanical and Electrical services
• Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria
• Produce drawing production, including General Arrangements, Sections, and Detail Views using Revit MEP
• Run clash detection on models and generate reports
• Resolve clashes across Mechanical and Electrical services using Revit/Navisworks software
• Collaborate with COBie and MEP site models
• Utilize CAD-xrefs and extensive experience in similar software

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a BIM Technician using Revit MEP in a team environment
• Recognized qualification in BIM
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows
• Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
