Adult Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of social and care staff who deliver person-centred care, transforming the lives of adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs.
This is a permanent position that involves leading and developing services across multiple residential communities and day services nationwide.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and quality.
- Work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key requirements include:
- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
- At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
- At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
