Maintenance Director

This critical role requires a skilled leader to oversee maintenance teams, ensure seamless equipment operation, and implement proactive maintenance strategies.

About the Position:

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team to deliver exceptional service quality and safety standards.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Manage repairs, inspections, and upgrades to minimize downtime and maintain product excellence.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of processing equipment, machinery, and utilities.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly valued.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
