Job Title: Financial Controller
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective financial management systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Investigate variances and provide insightful analysis to support business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
- Maintain a strong control environment during periods of growth and expansion.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters to support business decision-making.
- You will be a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE and possess excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- You will have proven ability to influence at all levels in the organization and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
- You will be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain an organized and efficient personality with a positive attitude.
