Demonstrating unwavering commitment to excellence, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing high-quality learning programs aligned with Aistear: The Early Childhood Curriculum Framework and Solta, the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain engaging learning programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues based on mutual respect, empathy, and trust.
- Act as a champion for children's welfare and well-being, while also ensuring the highest standards of employee care and support.
- Promote the values and mission of the organization through active participation in meetings and conferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of indoor and outdoor play areas.
- Holding a Major Award Level 5 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
- Previous experience working in childcare settings, preferably within a crche environment.
- A strong focus on health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrating genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support to children, coupled with a patient, caring, and approachable demeanor.
