Duty Manager Job

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets in-store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
  • Product Availability: Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure seamless availability of products across all departments.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries, maintaining high standards for housekeeping, floor presentation, and space planning.
  • Staffing and Operations: Manage staffing levels, prepare task boards, and drive team knowledge of top sellers and department stock loss.

We are looking for a retail superhero who has a proven track record as a Retail Manager in a fast-paced environment. You should have high operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. A target-driven, customer-service-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude will thrive in this role.

Requirements:
