About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT engineer to join our team. As an IT engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding promptly to support tickets via phone, email, or CRM system.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues across Windows, Google Workspace, and networked environments.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitoring and maintaining on-prem and cloud-hosted servers (e.g. Hyper-V, Azure).
• Delivering small-scale IT projects (e.g. network upgrades, server replacements) in collaboration with senior technical staff.
• Providing technical input and support for client onboarding processes and solution design.
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and participating in quality assurance processes (ISO 9001 in progress).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar IT support/field engineer role.
• Confidence working across Microsoft 365 (Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace environments.
• Familiarity with IP networks, switching, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP principles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, and Azure is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working with teachers, principals, and school ICT coordinators.
• A self-starter with strong time management and a desire to deliver quality outcomes.
• A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
