About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning biopharmaceutical organization as a Senior Technical Transfer Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will lead and execute process engineering and validation activities to support technical transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and deliver on all technical/Validation/Quality Notifications/Change control/Project support within the technical engineering team
  • To develop and implement process improvements and Lean projects across multi-disciplined functions
  • To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish scope in improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Experience operating as a senior professional and adding value to the business
  • Experience in leading through change would be an advantage
  • Good shipping/Filter/Cleaning validation knowledge required
