Program Manager Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead our Adolescent Treatment Program in Waterford, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide high-quality care to clients.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing staff schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. They will also work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Effectively manage up to 60 staff members on 24-hour shift schedules.
  • Coordinate transportation and appointments for clients.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and monitor infection control practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. A background in human services or a related field is preferred, along with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR 2+ years of equivalent managerial experience in a treatment-type setting.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 10 lbs.
