Job Title: Reliability Engineering Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineering Expert to join our team. As a reliability specialist, you will be responsible for improving asset management and equipment reliability. This role involves providing technical support for maintenance functions, optimizing site maintenance processes, and developing engineering solutions to prevent costly equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on risk-based asset management and cost management to improve equipment reliability.
  • Develop and implement Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, including vibration and thermography analyses.
  • Analyse equipment history to reduce regulatory concerns and optimize maintenance efforts.
  • Benchmark other sites and industries to implement digital solutions and SMART maintenance.
  • Comply with quality and EHS management system requirements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
  • +5 years of professional experience in a similar field.
  • +3 years of experience in an industrial environment or consultancy desirable.
  • Ability to analyse trends and patterns.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems highly desirable.
