Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documents to understand project requirements.
  • Plan and prepare raw materials and parts for machining operations.
  • Monitor and control machine performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CNC operator or machinist.
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling, as well as precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
  • Computer literacy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
  • Understanding of quality control principles and good communication skills.
