Outreach Operations Specialist

Looking for a role that leverages your communication skills in English and Indonesian? We have an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Operations Specialist with expertise in business development and relationship building. In this position, you will work closely with government and non-government entities to collate geographic data for Google Maps using the Geo Data Upload Tool.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in business development, customer service, and working in digital/technology companies with tech products. Knowledge of Geographic Information System tools and proficiency in Salesforce.com and Google Drive are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate Google's geo mission to authoritative entities and engage with potential partners to share basemap data for inclusion on Maps.
- Conduct research in assigned cities across geographies to collate data from approved sources that can be used to enhance the accuracy of Google Maps.
- Liaise between external partners and Google stakeholder teams to convey requirements, validate data, coordinate, and communicate updates about fixes/edits, etc.
- Manage and track all data submissions (through GDU or outside GDU) with GDO operations teams and various external partners.
- Report details of outreach and/or operational issues to the GDO Outreach Operations Lead.
