Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations professional to lead our operational delivery in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manager who can drive business excellence, manage cross-functional teams effectively, and make strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational delivery
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support and influence financial and commercial operations, including exposure to profit and loss statements
  • Drive and embed change initiatives across the business
  • Enhance process management systems and documentation continuously
  • Develop and implement strategies for external factors
Key Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a modern leadership approach
  • Strong people management skills with a passion for team development
  • Resilient and agile; thrives in dynamic environments
  • Forward-thinking and adaptable to evolving customer needs
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in operational challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience interpreting and responding to data insights
