Job Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing complex refurbishment and maintenance projects, working for large public sector clients with a continuous stream of repeat business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance across projects and services, ensuring client needs are met and relevant legislation adhered to.
  • Undertake site surveys in relation to condition/building surveying, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys and planned maintenance; defect analysis to include analytical investigation, research and preparation of technical reports.
  • Collate and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, offering solutions and recommendations where required.
