This is a dynamic role for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding marketing team. The primary focus of this exciting position is on planning, creating, and reviewing content for our social media channels, managing influencer partnerships, and supporting the Digital Marketing Manager on broader digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing and a deep understanding of all platforms, including how to create engaging, algorithm-savvy content. They will also possess strong copywriting skills, be creative with a commercial mindset, and balance brand storytelling with performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, own, and manage the content calendar across all digital channels, including social media, influencer campaigns, search, and SMS, aligning with brand campaigns, trading priorities, and business objectives.
- Monitor cultural moments, trends, and competitor activity; share relevant insights to inform and enhance content strategy and engagement.
- Lead influencer strategy execution: identify, brief, manage influencers; oversee content delivery; report on performance; explore new partnership opportunities.
- Manage Paid Digital Agency with support from the Digital Marketing Manager, including briefing, measurement, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with Commercial, eCommerce, Store, and Online teams to ensure digital content supports trading plans and stock levels.
- Work closely with in-house creative content teams and agencies to brief, co-create, and deliver high-quality content in line with brand tone and campaign messaging.
- Minimum of two years relevant experience with demonstrated success in roles within a brand or agency setting.
- Passionate about social media marketing and fully understand all platforms.
- Proven track record in writing engaging, brand-aligned content and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- A digital native with deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and online customer behavior.
