You will work closely with our Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of our depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the trade industry, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
- Identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide administrative support to the depot as required
