We are seeking a highly skilled CQV Engineer to join our team at the Grange Castle DS2 site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the C&Q package of documentation and later installing, commissioning, and qualifying process equipment and utilities within the DS2 project scope.
The job holder will provide technical expertise to ensure that systems, equipment, and processes are designed, installed, commissioned, and qualified to agreed specifications. This includes participating in design document reviews, attending factory acceptance testing (FAT), and generating CQV documents.
Liaising with Quality, Engineering, and CQV teams is essential to align on critical parameters and document content. The role also involves tracking and confirming closure of action items identified through FAT, HAZOP, Design Qualification, and other reviews.
Maintaining a strong interface with Automation and Engineering teams is crucial to ensure information flow meets their needs, resolving issues as they arise. Additionally, the job holder will participate in construction system completion walkdowns, perform shakedown and commissioning, and qualify systems.
