The Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering ERP projects, managing projects related to data migration, and working with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals to drive collaboration and excellence in project delivery.
  • Overseeing the implementation of data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Driving the development of business intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Optimizing infrastructure to support the scalability and efficiency of the ERP project.
  • Managing interfaces between various systems and stakeholders to foster seamless communication and integration.
  • Staying up-to-date with market interaction technologies and trends to enhance the project's effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Delivered ERP projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects related to data migration.
  • Strong understanding of BI development and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Sound understanding of data management principles and best practices, especially ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
