MCS Group is a fast-growing manufacturer of prefabricated energy solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Plant Assets Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the physical assets within the business, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' minimum experience in an asset coordination role, with a strong understanding of construction / manufacturing processes, equipment, & systems. Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, etc. is essential. Previous experience in plant hires management & cost controls (Desirable) Knowledge of the ISO 55000 series of standards on asset management (Desirable)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of all plant assets.
  • Coordinating routine maintenance and preventive upkeep of plant equipment.
  • Monitoring the condition of assets throughout their life cycle, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Monitoring asset-related expenditures and helping control costs by optimising the use of existing equipment.
  • Ensuring that plant assets meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
