Electrical Project Manager

The role of an Electrical Project Manager is to oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish. This includes defining project guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating internal and external resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project plans are in place, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, and project finances. Additionally, you will identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

This role requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects. You will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
