Job Description

As a Food and Drink Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience
  • Manage staff efficiently, delegating tasks and providing guidance when needed
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient delivery of dishes
  • Manage cash handling and payment procedures, maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP principles
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other relevant software
