About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Senior Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Services team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in providing clinical social work input to service users and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical social work input to service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Supervise and support junior staff members

Requirements:

  • CORU registration
  • Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience
  • Experience in the area of mental health with preferable experience in the specialist area of adult psychiatry
  • Full clean driver's license and use of a car
