The Role Summary
Our organization is seeking skilled professionals for the positions of Assistant Manager and Manager within our Tax Advisory Services division, specifically in our Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services (ET & GMS) team.
The ET & GMS Team Responsibilities
We provide comprehensive advisory services to local and international businesses, addressing critical matters such as:
- Employment tax matters, including employee incentives, benefit-in-kind plans, share-based remuneration, termination payments, PAYE health assessments, and support during audits.
- Global mobility concerns, encompassing cross-border employment arrangements, business travel for individuals, remote worker scenarios, ensuring adherence to tax, social security, payroll, and in-country regulations.
- Expatriate tax return compliance.
- Immigration obligations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Challenges
- Work on a diverse client portfolio with opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio.
- Be part of a dedicated team focused on employment taxes and global mobility.
- Become an expert in employment taxes and personal tax issues for international mobile employees.
- Develop close client relationships.
- Advance your people management skills.
About You
- AITI/CTA qualified.
- Strong academic background.
- Managerial experience or project management expertise.
- Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications.
- Client-facing experience in a tax team.
- Organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player.
- Efficient time management and deadline orientation.
- Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
- Extensive experience working with Irish tax.
