Project Delivery Lead

Succeed as a Project Delivery Lead at our consultancy, contributing to high-impact projects that shape the built environment. As part of experienced teams, you'll drive project success through expert coordination, proactive issue resolution, and process improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite assessments, ensuring progress is on track and safe work practices are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to drive all project activities forward.
  • Proactively identify issues and work with your team to resolve them effectively.
  • Develop and monitor key project processes in partnership with clients to enhance and refine them.
  • Chair critical meetings to track progress, facilitate problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.
  • Oversee change management and risk management throughout the project.

We're Looking for

  • Experience in managing data centre projects.
  • A background in MEP is highly advantageous.
  • A project management professional certification or willingness to attain one.
  • A degree or comparable experience in project management or construction disciplines.
  • Detailed and quality-focused individuals who excel in verbal and written communication.
  • Team players who thrive on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients through shared purpose and openness.
