Our global video game publishing business is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Producer to oversee the development of our next-generation AAA games. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, driving production processes and creative development strategies forward.

Job Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience in AAA game production with a strong track record of shipping high-quality titles from inception to release.
- Formal training or certification in project management, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, ensuring measurable improvements to production workflows.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Ability to build effective relationships with senior producers, studio directors, and other stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing:

This Lead Producer position offers a unique blend of creative and technical challenges, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the creative development process, continually improving production efficiency through effective metrics.
- Collaborating with production and management teams across different locations and time zones to achieve project goals.
- Reviewing and refining development scope, resources, roadmaps, and plans to meet project schedules and adjust as necessary.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their career development.
