We are currently looking for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Ireland.

About the Job:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our client's business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procedures, methodology, and specifications, as well as proficiency in Cubit, Cost-ex, or equivalent software.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantity surveys and prepare detailed BOQs
  • Lead tendering processes and perform cost analyses
  • Prepare valuations and progress claims

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
