Lead Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with CORU.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience and a minimum of 12 months specifically in elective orthopaedic services.
- Experience as a practice educator and/or clinical tutor for Physiotherapy students in an acute hospital setting.
- Previous experience in managing complex patients in inpatient and outpatient settings is essential.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication abilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
