Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment and supporting the sales process.

  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at till points, handling queries, voids, and returns.
  • Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, ensuring products meet high standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with availability for on-call shifts.
