Job Description

A senior professional is sought to lead the tax group and contribute to driving business success.

The successful candidate will have expertise in accountancy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients across various sectors.

They will be responsible for guiding the team's efforts, making key decisions, and mentoring junior members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing responses to tax policy initiatives from major organizations.
  • Concluding on the firm's position on technical points, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Supervising the work of more junior members of the team, mentoring them to grow professionally.
  • Directing the education and training of junior team members, helping them to grow professionally.
  • Undertaking high-level client work across various sectors, including corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate, and disputes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years relevant post qualification experience in Accountancy (ACA / ACCA/CTA).
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Strong advisory and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Mentoring skills.
