Social Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill this role.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care and support to residents through various means including daily activities, goal setting and education.
- Act as a key worker for designated residents, providing regular check-ins and updates.
- Support residents in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and attending appointments.
- Participate in on-floor duty shifts and coordinate team efforts during this time.
- Hold a relevant qualification at Level 7 or above registered with CORU.
- Experience working in a residential or day service setting with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance practices, Person Centred Planning, clinical policies and relevant legislation.
