  8. Ensure Design Team provide required information on time

  10. Chairing site meetings to include sub-contractor progress meetings and recording required minutes
  11. Chairing Internal and Client Meeting as required by Project Lead/Contracts Manager and recording required minutes
  12. Ensuring the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budget
  13. Completing Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly Reports as part of Project development
  14. Tracking Schedule Status and reporting accordingly
  15. Tracking Project Controls and monitoring schedule and costs for the Project
  16. Tracking Change Management on the Project and reporting accordingly
  17. Working with the Health & Safety Department ensuring safe construction at all times
