Join a prestigious apprenticeship program as an Lift Apprentice Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced engineers, learning and understanding the industry's requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship, supported by a structured development program in conjunction with SOLAS.
  • Pursue a range of tasks tailored to your current level of training and development within the lift industry.
  • Maintain high standards while attending SOLAS courses on time.
  • Collaborate with Managers/Supervisors on relevant work activities.
  • Apply electrical principles associated with lift installation and maintenance across all equipment and systems.
  • Evaluate and adhere to Health and Safety practices under current legislation.

Employment will be subject to an interview and reference checks. You must meet the minimum entry requirements for an Electrical Apprenticeship.

Requirements
  • Hold a Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard (including five passes, with Maths and English being two).
  • Submit an Ishihara colour vision test on the SOLAS form.
  • Holding a Full Clean Irish Driving Licence is highly desirable; Commercial Use Car Insurance Cover may be required for business travel.
