Fund Administration Expert

We seek an expert in fund services to join our team. As a key member, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of global business companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering funds' daily operations
  • Calculating and reporting NAVs, resolving trade and corporate action issues
  • Managing cash and position reconciliations
  • Verifying fee accruals and monitoring expense budgets
  • Calculating performance fees and their payments
  • Analyzing fund value fluctuations
  • Liaising with clients and auditors on fund queries
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Computing income distributions and reportable yields
  • Assisting with financial statements and audits
  • Providing assistance to team members
  • Coaching and mentoring employees
  • Developing departmental procedures
  • Meeting client, investor, and regulatory reporting deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Finance or accounting degree
  • 4+ years of experience in fund accounting or audit
  • ACCA/ACA/CFA qualification (desired)
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
