- Maintain production equipment, processes, and systems at optimal performance levels to meet production needs, quality standards, and safety requirements.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production support technicians and engineers.">
- Establish and maintain a robust cross-training plan to ensure technical skill redundancy across the organization.">
- Oversee daily technical support activities to ensure maximum equipment efficiency.">
- Develop and optimize maintenance programs, troubleshooting protocols, and other maintenance best practices.">
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installations, validation work, upgrades, spare parts management, and process improvements.">
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, response time, and technician productivity.">
- Manage service contracts and experience of managing external vendors.">
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.">
- Leadership or supervisory experience.">
- Experience working in a regulated industry.">
- Proven successful project management skills.">
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.">
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.">
