The University's Security Service manages and delivers all physical security services that support its business across the estate. These services include general security to person and property, managing security systems, and liaison with emergency services.

The service is delivered 24/7 by a blend of experienced Security Officers and external contract partners. On the City Centre Campus, four shift teams deliver the service, with three teams rostered and one on rest at any given time.

This role requires supervision and direction of approximately nine Security Officers on their shift and liaison with the Security Services Teams across the estate.

The successful candidate will report to the Security Operations Manager and be responsible for maintaining high standards of security and safety across the University's estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits:

This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a Fortnightly Security Superintendent Salary Scale (€1,616.06 per fortnight).
