Bakewell Team Member Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bakewell Team Member. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Description:

As a Bakewell Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the business
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor
  • Ensuring all food safety policies are met
  • Preparing food to a high standard
  • FOLLOWING AND ENFORCING BAKEWELL MANUAL TRAINING CONTENTS
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Creatingserving the best food experience possible for customers
  • Working closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets
