Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist in our organization. This position involves testing and validating laboratory data, as well as reviewing and authorizing lab reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Testing of in-process and finished product samples using various techniques such as HPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, and IEF.
  • Reviewing and authorizing lab data, including method validation and verification.
  • Supporting analytical technical transfer activities and testing reports.
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and troubleshooting issues.
  • Providing training to QC Chemistry Laboratory colleagues and assisting with laboratory housekeeping and GMP standards.
  • Assisting in regulatory audits and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a similar scientific subject.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical writing skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated individual with good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

This is a shift-based role with 12-hour shifts taking place both day and night. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be responsible for maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy in their work.
