Job Title: Candidate Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The position is for an experienced nurse practitioner to work in the Acute Assessment Unit of a hospital. The primary goal of this role is to provide high-quality patient care by assessing, managing, and coordinating patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs.
  • Develop personalized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
