Job Title: Lighting Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting design, CAD skills and experience with Relux or Dialux software.

The role of the Lighting Design Specialist is crucial in supporting the sales team in winning projects by providing top-class lighting designs. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales team to deliver lighting design projects that meet specification requirements.
  • Reviewing and interpreting CAD files to create lighting designs that meet customer needs.
  • Project management - taking ownership of lighting design projects as allocated by the Lead Lighting Engineer.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in lighting design using Relux or Dialux.
  • Technical graduate (e.g. Engineering/Design) preferred.
  • Experience working with CAD files to create suitable lighting designs.
  • Good working knowledge of lighting-related standards, schemes and calculations.
