Job Description:

As a Betting Shop Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales teams, and driving business growth.

You will be a natural leader, inspiring and motivating teams to 'Strive for Excellence.'

Your role will involve communicating complex issues simply to staff and customers, being quick to respond to changing environments, and bringing new ideas forward.

You will also be confident in leading a team and inspiring others to achieve their best.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in retail management, preferably in the betting industry.

Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work in a multi-site environment, spanning seven days and trading hours from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
