We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join our team on a high-profile commercial construction project in Dublin. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees and site staff, and promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree qualification in safety or a related field
  • Previous building construction project experience is essential
  • Direct experience of working on site or supporting project-related health and safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to write clear, concise reports
Responsibilities

As a Senior Safety Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out site inspections/audits to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Issuing Health and Safety Templates to the internal team
  • Monitoring and reporting on site accidents and incidents
  • Supporting and advising on HSE Management and compliance
  • Promoting a proactive HSE approach among employees and site staff
