Your responsibilities will include assessing and testing patients for sexual infections or blood-borne viruses, providing long-acting contraception, and managing and treating clients diagnosed with sexually transmitted infections and asymptomatic contacts of clients with sexually transmitted infections.
The post holder will also contribute to the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancies through the provision of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), testing for HIV and STIs, and managing partner notification and the provision of pre and post exposure prophylaxis treatment for HIV prevention.
