Job Title: Commercial Credit Solutions Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with a strong background in commercial restructuring to join our team.

You will review case strategies and ensure credit recommendations align with regulatory codes to support borrowers in difficulty. You will oversee the management of a portfolio of customers across Personal, SME, Corporate and Property Sectors, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team to provide appropriate support in the management of the portfolio.

This role will afford you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in restructuring while enhancing your skills in people management, credit analysis, regulation and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound correspondence efficiently
  • Attend project calls and operational meetings for purposes of reviews and other ad hoc matters
  • Negotiate with borrowers in relation to debt settlement arrangements
  • Provide support to the wider team as required
  • Implement connection level case management
  • Meet and engage with customers to progress objectives effectively
  • Analyse credit data, make informed decisions, submit credit applications and implement decisions
  • Proactively manage customers in line with agreed exit strategies at loan level, including litigation
  • Maintain accurate records by updating CRM system accordingly
  • Work closely with other members of the RM team
  • Submit weekly progress reports with accurate data
