Barden, a leading partner in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Manager Administrator to join their team in Cork City. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to play a crucial role in supporting Wealth Managers by providing expert administrative assistance and ensuring smooth client interactions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support to a team of Wealth Managers, assisting with conducting thorough financial assessments, compiling comprehensive post-meeting reports, and staying current on market trends and regulatory changes.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to Wealth Managers, ensuring seamless client interactions.
- Assist Wealth Managers in conducting detailed financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Compile comprehensive post-meeting reports for each client, offering support in advising on various financial products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and timely support to Wealth Managers.
- Ensure compliance with new product implementation and ongoing client communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
- Identify sales opportunities from inbound enquiries and communications with various teams.
About the Person:
The successful candidate will be an outgoing and energetic individual with strong administrative and financial services experience. They should possess 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry in an administrative or client-facing role. QFA certification is desired, and they should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Additionally, they should have the ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable support. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is highly preferred.
