Delightful Customer Service Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our retail team as a Deli Assistant. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Merchandising products and maintaining visual displays to drive sales
  • Preparing food and drinks to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support the smooth running of the store

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
