
Device Production Specialist

As a manufacturing operator, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality medical device components and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out assembly procedures, including packaging and shipping of product.
- Maintain and upkeep the manufacturing environment, ensuring it is safe and clean.
- Provide support and feedback to engineering development, promoting Continuous Improvement and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Work in cleanroom and non-cleanroom Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments to manufacture medical device products and components with and without the use of microscopes.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in procedures, design, and general practices, and aiding in their implementation. Additionally, you will engage with our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure delivery of the overall quality strategy and support the achievement of business objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:- A valid Leaving Certificate
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Experience as a production operator, technician, or similar
You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives under the direct supervision of our Manufacturing Team Lead.
