We are seeking a seasoned software expert to lead the development of our website product and platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in shaping technical strategies, ensuring quality in both code and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and roadmap planning, aligning technical work with our goals
  • Implement: Break down tasks, enhance team efficiency through code reviews, and build scalable, high-performance systems
  • Collaborate: Work with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and effective technical solutions
  • Mentor: Offer guidance to junior engineers, supporting their growth and development
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Well-versed in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale software systems
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Prior experience mentoring and collaborating with engineers of different skill levels
